Last thoughts before heading home...

Good evening (or afternoon - depending where you are!). We have had another good day.

We spent the morning at a baby home. It is very touching to see all the kids. There are over 100 babies in this home. What is hard to see is all the beds... there were so many; it made it clear that it was not a day-care, but a home to these babies (ages birth to 3ish). They are so precious! We gave the baby home the blankets and quilts that you made. The care givers were very appreciative and even though the children cannot express it, we are sure they appreciate them too.

We ended the day by going into Sofia and sight-seeing and buying gifts and keep sakes. It's been a long day and we are heading to bed now. We must get up at 3:00am (8:00pm EST) to go to the airport. We each will leave a piece of our hearts here. Please continue to pray for these children.

God Bless!!

I have enjoyed reading about your week. It has gone by very fast. I pray it has been life-changing for everyone who went. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Rachel, the thought came to me last night that perhaps the group might want to share about their trip at the Connection Next Sunday May 24th. It might be good if it is fresh in their minds. If not, that is ok. We can schedule for another time to show pictures and share stories.

Blessings,
Scott

As much as I am going to be ever so happy to see you, I am equally sad with you that you must return. We have been able to read thru this wonderful "God Spot", as one person put it, just how touched your hearts have been by the people of Bulgaria. We understand how difficult it must be to leave, but just as they will be in your hearts...you, too, shall be in theirs. Love is a powerful bond! Thank you for sharing your journeys with us! We shall continue to pray for them. As for this moment...we are praying you HOME!!!
Much Love,
Sharon

Dear Mission Team,
I have loved reading about your trip. It brings back so many memories of the precious children in Bulgaria and also to see the love the Ridgeways have for these children. It is amazing! I pray that your ministry has been a blessing to all! I am so excited for all of you and pray for a safe return to Morristown.
Much Love,
Caroline McKinnish
